Reiki in the simplest of terms can be simply defined as energy. If we have an understanding that life energy flows through every living thing, then we can understand that their may be points through our lives when we feel our life energy is low and we are experiencing a range of emotional and possibly physical ailments.

Reiki is a simple non invasive, simple light touch technique that enables life energy to be transferred back into the individual. Reiki can work on a physical level, and emotional and mental level and also be a tool for enlightenment.
