Hello, I'm Tracy.

I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor, I offer counselling/support to young people and adults who are looking to work through emotional issues whether it is just support, short and long term therapy.

The therapies I draw upon are Brief Therapy & Integrative, they are as individual as you are, and I am able to adapt according to what your needs are.

I am here to listen reflect and challenge you to help you make the adjustments/changes you want.

I offer my clients a safe opportunity to explore their issues and concerns where you are encouraged to identify their own choices and explore ways in which changes can be made.

I am fully insured, a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
