The Cake Collection Ltd - Team are bakers and cake decorators who have over 20 years of experience - we pride in our work and enjoy seeing that simile on our customers face when they collect the cakes. Overall we bake daily but would say to book your cake in advance but standard cakes can be booked within a weeks notice - last minute cakes depending on availability and with wedding cakes we only need a months notices or less but if your having a real fruit cake then we do say give us 3 months noticed. Fresh cream cakes can be ordered in the morning and ready for collection after 4pm.
