i offer one to one sessions, where we will sit down and discuss your needs and goals to properly form a training program that will suit you. Whether you have specific goals or simply just trying to tone up, I can cater to all.

I also offer functional fitness classes which involves strength, flexibility and cardio all in one. These classes are suitable for all fitness abilities and ages.
