Something in Mind 3.18

We are Something In Mind based on West Dyke Road Redcar next to Holland and Barrett, just near the clock. All money raised in our Cafe and Shop support 's the vital mental health services at Redcar and Cleveland Mind.

All food in our cafe is prepared daily and we offer a lovely home cooked menu. We daily have fresh scones and cakes baked by our volunteers. If there is something you would like to see on our menu let us know.

Our cafe and shop is ran by volunteers who live in the local area. Our volunteer team contribute by running the day to day activities of the cafe and shop. The volunteer team are always looking for new faces and if you feel you would like to volunteer please call in or give us a call. We also work with placement companies to give people opportunities in a non pressured work place by providing unpaid placements in the cafe and shop, which would lead to us being a reference for this person.

Something In Mind accepts donations of clothing, children's clothing, games, household electrical goods, books, DVDs, ornaments, small items of furniture and used/unwanted gifts. Most items will be welcome and can be walked straight into our cafe and shop.

We are also always looking for donations of raffle prizes to support our fundraising. Cash donations are welcome as are offers of doing fundraising for us. All money raised will go straight back into supporting the local work Redcar and Cleveland does.
