Sinead Thomson is proud to bring GentleBirth classes to the UK.

Gentlebirth will help you to:

-feel excited about your pregnancy and to labour without fear,
-reduce unnecessary interventions,
-reduce your amount of time in labour,
-empower dads to have an active role in assisting mum in labour,
-stack the odds in your favour of having a positive birth for you, your baby and your partner!

This unique programme combines Mindfulness, CBT, Sports Psychology and Birth Hypnosis with active birthing principles enabling couples to have empowered, confident birth experiences with or without medical intervention at home or within the hospital system.

Our Workshops are held monthly in Torquay. The programme includes an 8 CD box set (or MP3's) & Guidebook.They are for expectant moms and their birth partners to attend.
