Our aim at Shredz Fitness Centre is to help you acheive your goals and become a better you! We offer full support to our customers, personal training sessions are available and we have an on site smoothie bar and nutrition shop to help give you the best support. We welcome men and women of all ages and of any level of fitness. Whether you want to imporove your fitness, loose a bit of weight, or are a competing bodybuilder, we have a vast variety of equipment to suit everyone!

The Director of Shredz Fitness has years of professional experience in the fitness industry and has won many awards including 1st place in the 2013 UKBFF North West Championships and the 2015 Wabba Hercules Olympia.
