Active Bootcamp 1.33

A fitness boot camp, set up by the South Derbyshire District Council and Active Nation. A mix between boot camp and circuit training.
Its a great way to get fitter and feel better for the summer. Lead by a Former Infantry Lance Corporal , Sam Holmes, who designs sessions from his experience in the armed forces.
