Shed Studios 2.07

Shed Studios has been around for 7 years and in that time has seen over 50 bands comes through the doors, from locals ones to much further afield.

The recording side of things is based around an Apple iMac running Logic 9, MOTU 828mkII interface with external pre amps by Focusrite, SPL, RME & Golden Age. Monitoring is handled by Genelec 8020 active monitors with Alesis M1As acting as back up.

Microhones include AKG 214 (matched pair), Audix D6, Sennheiser 421, Coles 4038, Beyer M260, Shure SM57 & 58, AKG c391, Blue Ball & more.

Additional plugins include PSP Vintage Warmer, Ozone 3 & SSL Duende.

A studio drum kit is available for those who need it (shells only), along with an Ampeg bass rig and a selection of guitar amps and cabinets, a reasonable selection of stomp boxes are also at your disposal.

Occasionally I will have other equipment at studio on loan from people which can be used.

When your not recording, keep yourself entertained by playing on one of the games machines - consoles include PS2, Gamecube, Dreamcast, SNES, Mega Drive & Master System with over 130 games.

The cost of a session is £110 for 8 hours, during this time some mixing will take place but will be finished up a few days after with session. Payment must be paid in full after the session, no audio files will be handed over until this has happened.
