Whilst we are aware people with no ideas of their own will always copy others work, please respect the fact we do not appreciate our work copied as we work so hard to be unique and stand out from the rest.

*We are not a buy and sell company. We hand make all our plaques from start to finish.*
Our unique topcoat means we seal your memories so they will not fade or turn yellow.
Our wood is of a high quality so it will not bow & warp in various temperatures.
All items are designed by ourselves & handmade to very high standards.


*** How to Order ***
* If you would like to place an order, please feel free to message us stating the item/s you would like to order.
* If you would like a photo added please also attach them the message along with any wording you would like added.
* Once you have placed your order we will send a proof for you to see. Please check all details carefully as once the proof is agreed changes cannot be made.
* Payment then needs to be made in full before we start to make your personalised plaque.
* Payment methods are Paypal or Bank Transfer.
* Postage costs apply.
* Due to every item being handmade orders take on average 10-14 days to be completed so please allow this when ordering. (these times may vary at busier times) If you need it any sooner please message us as at quiet times this is sometimes possible.

*** POSTAGE ***
* Our post is collected at the end of each week.
* Each parcel is sent standard first class delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days to arrive and 21 working days before a parcel is classed as missing.
* Should your parcel not arrive after this time a proof of postage with be supplied to you.
* Recorded delivery is priced at £1.20 extra. This will ensure your item is received and requires a signature.
