I have recently agreed a contract to provide the LCC system to 20,000 employees at SSE and I will be working closely with them throughout 2015/16 to help their staff live a healthier and more active life.

I've had the pleasure of working closely with The Scottish Sun and have been featured regularly in their ME health and wellbeing section, updating their readers with the progress of the staff following my guidance and recording remarkable results.
