Pilgrim Baits 2.47

Having been in the bait development industry for over 20 years (it maybe of note that I have helped some of the biggest UK boilies companies develop their range), so I thought it was about time I developed my own range.
At present we have 2 mixes, K2 and RS1. The bait range is named 'Pilgrim Baits' www.pilgrimbaits.co.uk (website is under development). I have decided to name the range 'Pilgrim Baits' because of the journey I have taken over the past 25 years in search of carp both in the UK and abroad, a pilgrim. The company verse reflects journeys depicted by the poet 'Herman Elroy Flecker'. Hence the motto of the company 'we are pilgrims master we shall go a little further' as we aim to go a little further in our bait development...'Pilgrim Baits' was born and will go much further.
The K2 system
The K2 boilies have been developed with the highest quality in mind; in order to achieve this we have combined the best known carp bait ingredients known to the bait and aquaculture industry into an ultimate long term food bait that is highly digestible.
To say it is awesome would be an understatement! Although we do not wish to reveal the exact recipe due to some hidden gems within the mix, we will say that the K2 contains a high percentage of krill protein, krill meal, pre-digested fishmeal, Green Lipped Mussel (GLM), tuna meal, yeasts, robin red, kelp, chili powder, proteins, spirulina, minerals and proteins. It is not a fishmeal, bird food or yeast mix but a combination of all of the above in a boilie and system.
To this base mix we have added liquid feeds at maximum percentages, including krill hydrolysate, liquidised chicken livers, Amino Fish Hydrolysate, liquid betaine, maple and crab, plus a number of little gems that are not so well known (80 mil of pure liquid feed is included per kg). The result is possibly the most nutritionally attractive and digestible boilie ever produced.
To include all of the above ingredients in a boilie means that it is not cost effective to sell through fishing tackle shops (ingredients are too expensive to sell at trade and for tackle shops to make profit). Even though we support the Angling Industry and the shops we just cannot produce baits of this quality at a trade price that will be attractive to shops, consequently our boilies are only available direct.
In addition to the boilies, we have sourced pure liquid feeds direct. Our Krill, Mussel and Fish Amino Hydrolysate is made of pure liquidised fish and crustaceans. Maintaining our objectives of a natural, digestible, nutritional and highly attractive product.
To juice your baits we have produced a dedicated 'dip 'n' stick' which consists of the ingredients within the boilies that adhere to the boilies. The dip 'N' stick is applied via a simple process of damping the boilies and rolling them in the 'dip 'N' stick. The dip 'N' stick builds layers that dissolve when immersed in the lake. Providing a highly attractive aura around your freebies and hook bait (see image of the K2 system applied to boilies within the images, a picture paints a thousand words). The dip 'N' stick will adhere to the baits, doing this several times will produce baits with coatings that can take a 16 mm boilie to 30 mm (14 mm of highly attractive coatings). These layers melt off over a period of time, the melting's assist in hiding the rig and hook. The melting's off the freebies are far more attractive than standard boilies alone, a new concept that carp adore (see image of a dip 'N' stick freebies, how much more attractive is that!)
