We are at Otter Cove. Our van is a Pemberton Park Lane the finest example of holiday homes. A beautifully designed 14’ x 42’ 3 bedroom 6 berth holiday home located on this very desirable cul de sac location.

FRONT ROW sea views (no walkway in front of the veranda so very private), spacious lounge, stunning kitchen, large gated veranda, allocated parking and piped gas.

LOUNGE; this holiday home has many things to offer, a spacious lounge with increased height as well as width. The large sliding doors open straight onto the veranda. Offering extremely comfortable free standing furniture, an extra set of patio doors to add light open onto the gated veranda and beautiful front row sea views, wall mounted TV with Sky-Q with Sky Cinema and Sky Sports (we also have Netflix – dependent on internet), fixed units and contemporary fire with remote control.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA; fitted with a modern luxury kitchen that includes loads of storage and additional counter space – bar stools looking out onto the sea view and far reaching views. Integrated cooker with separate oven & grill, five ring gas hob,integrated fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A skylight brings a bright and airy feeling to the kitchen and the elegant adjoining dining area.

BEDROOMS; This accommodation has three bedrooms, one luxury double fitted with wardrobe. The main room also benefits from a shower, toilet and wash basin en-suite. Two good size twin rooms both benefit from wardrobes and wall mounted flat screen TV’s (one with DVD player)

Devon Cliffs is a fabulous park, packed full of so many different activities during the day and evenings packed with a huge variety entertainment to suit all different ages.

The site can get very busy so we specifically chose our pitch to be in a quiet and peaceful area of the park. We are in a cul-de-sac location, which means if you want to you can escape for some peace and well deserved relaxation – you get the best of both worlds! At the back of our van is a huge area for outdoor games and a children’s play park with slide, swing, sea saw etc. We have a large veranda but added to this we have a large grassed area for BBQs or just lazing around enjoying the outdoors space.

BEACH: You can walk down to the beautiful expanse of beach that Sandy Bay has to offer and while away the days enjoying the outdoors.

BUS:- You can visit nearby Exmouth either on foot or by bus which takes you directly from the park straight into the town centre.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES; approx 8 to 10 minutes walk.

NON SMOKING: No smoking in the van or vicinity of.

£200 deposit will secure your holiday booking. This will be refunded on departure once everything is checked and found to be okay.

Full payment for holiday will be required 8 weeks before arrival.
