Prices are from £440per week, all bed linen plus dish towels and hand towels are provided.

Outside there is off-road parking, a storage shed for your skis or snowboards, a large decking area with lovely views of the surrounding Highland landscape with seating to relax.

Inside there are all the home comforts you would expect from a luxury cabin. Ensuite w.c., tv/dvd and hairdryer to master bedroom. 2 smaller twin rooms for the children and an additional pull out double bed in the lounge.
There is a digital tv/dvd/cd player, digital radio, electric fire, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, iron, drying facilities and all mod cons. The whole cabin is centrally heated and double glazed, so nice and cozy in winter. There is also a bbq for you to use.
We also cater for babies! We have a large travel cot and booster seat highchair for you to use.

The park has washing facilities, a large shop and a small children' park.

At Boat of Garten there are a few shops, cafes, a hotel with bar that does meals and a highly rated restaurant. The golf course is often described as a hidden gem and has won several national awards.
2 miles away is RSPB Loch Garten, 4 miles away is Landmark adventure park for a day out with the kids, 5-6 miles away is Aviemore with all it's shops, cafes, restaurants, night life, supermarket and bike hire. You can even take a steam train from the Boat to Aviemore.
There's sled dogs and reindeer to visit near Loch Morlich, and at Loch Morlich and Loch Inch are water sports galore. Within 15 minutes drive is Cairngorm mountain with it's almost year round ski season, walking and Munro-bagging. Cyclist will also be spoilt for choice at the numerous off and on-road routes in the area.

Nature-lovers are in their element here with iconic Scottish species to spot such as red deer, red squirrels, ospreys, golden eagles, crested tits, woodpeckers and pine martin, as well as specialist mountain flora and fauna.
Half an hour away is Inverness (well worth a trip) where there are dolphins and seals in the Moray Firth, lovely restaurants along the river Ness and also Urquart castle and Loch Ness nearby and fantastic shops in the Eastgate centre.
