No. 4 (previously Oasis Bistro & Wine Room) on Weymouth harbourside re launched, with a brand new look in the spring of 2015. No. 4 believes passionately about: sustainable fishing, sourcing locally, growing, supporting and developing people through experience and training. This is how Head Chef Vonnie came to be Head Chef. Vonnie and her team of dedicated kitchen staff have developed No 4’s ‘Contemporary & Artisan Seafood’ menu, to capture the essence of the area and its maritime heritage.

For years the building that now houses No 4, has been a restaurant in many guises, from its famous begins as Perry’s to today’s incarnations of No 4. Their vision for No 4 is fine dining from locally sourced seafood.

To the people who come through restaurant door to eat, We want to give them a memorable and tasty dining experience.
