Nia with Yael in Gloucestershire 1.33

Nia is an exhilarating, somatic, dance-movement, perfect balance of freedom and form, done barefoot to soul-stirring music that draws from a combination of dance, healing and martial art forms. Classes, which last one hour, are a great cardiovascular work out, and harmoniously nourish body, mind, emotions and spirit!
I teach 4 Gloucestershire Classic Nia classes a week, 2 in Stroud, 1 at The Isbourne Centre in Cheltenham and 1 at North Cerney Village Hall.
