ABOUT US

MJS Computer Services was founded in 1999 by Michael J Searle, providing call out services & remote support to both domestic & business customers. The founder (MJS) has, to date, 25 years experience in PC/laptop fault diagnosis, repairs, upgrades & technical support.


In November, 2012, our very first repair centre was opened in Birtley, County Durham. Since then, MJS Computer Services has continued to expand, constantly looking to evolve alongside the latest technology releases. We have built an excellent reputation with a constantly growing customer base.

One unexpected victim of the bad weather that swept across the country over the new year was our original shop on Durham Road, Birtley.

While making repairs to the power supply caused by a leak, a major structural problem became apparent and on a surveyor's recommendation we had to closed immediately.

We are hoping to find new premises in the Low Fell / Team Valley area soon (or when my nervous system recovers), but M.J.S will continue to offer our usual iphone, tablet, laptop and computer repair services from the shop at 30 Merton Way, Ponteland, NE20 9PY. A map is on our CONTACT page.

As further compensation for the loss of Birtley, MJS have launched a local repair call out service, repairing iPhones and iPads, laptops and PC`s AT YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS.

MJS Computer Services is now a VAT Registered business and is rapidly becoming a recognised, trusted repairer of Apple products, Smartphones, PCs & laptops. All of our staff are well-educated, polite & very helpful.
