Unlike your conventional letting agent, MML can sympathise with both parties. Being a tenant myself for a number of years whilst also owning and renting out multiple properties I came to realise that both landlord and tenant want similar things. A comfortable home and a comfortable investment.

So this is what we now offer!!!

Maintenance – At MML keeping high quality rental accommodation is one of our main goals, We fully maintain all the properties that we look after and offer a 24 hour call out service for emergencies. Our regular maintenance ranges from weekly house cleaning and gardening services to using highly qualified local tradesmen from one off repairs to full renovations. A yearly boiler service is conducted by our contract plumber, and electrical safety certificates and P.A.T tests carried out by our fully qualified electrician.

Management – At MML we are always looking for new landlords to join our growing business, we have a huge demand for our accommodation and are never short of tenant enquiries. Specialising in HMO style properties, we have come to realise there is a lot of red tape around this type of accommodation and getting your head around it can often be confusing. We can offer advice and guidance for fire regulations, house layout, room valuations and can put you in contact with the correct people to get you HMO up and running. MML offers a variety of management packages from tenant finding service to full property management, our most recent addition to our management selection is our guaranteed rental schemes, this is only available for certain properties, but is great for risk free investing. MML is a member of the National Landlords association and the Property Redress Scheme, this means we run our business to the highest standards.

Lettings – The main part of MML is the lettings, we rely on decent trust worthy tenants to take on the houses we offer. Providing people with accommodation they can enjoy and be proud of is very rewarding. Our properties range in price, size, location and facilities; from a room in a share house with all-inclusive rent, to entire single let rent only properties.
