Little Furnace Wood Fired Pizzas was set up in March 2013 by Peter and Ryan. Two chaps with a love of fine food particularly Pizza. With little money they purchased a small oven (Ozvaldo) before raising enough to buy a larger oven (Papa Gambosa) and a trailer to carry this behemoth. Our two heroes (ahem) then set about building the trailer to house 'Papa G' and will now embark on larger events commencing September. With their fast becoming legendary secret recipe passata and a fine pizza craft, Little Furnace promises you a distinctive tasting Pizza and a food memory at a great price!
