BACKGROUND:

I have spent 10 years as a professional footballer training with football league sides including Cardiff City, Ipswich Town, Newport County, Cheltenham Town and Merthyr Town. I have also represented Wales at various age groups. I am currently a Semi Professional Footballer at English non-league side Taunton Town.

Alongside my own personal sporting and fitness commitments I work with a wide range of people helping them reach their own personal targets and goals including; improvements in strength, power, agility, weight loss and self esteem. Guidance on a healthy lifestyle and diet is also provided.

I am also employed to work with the highly successful sports academies at Bridgend College. Working with male and female staff, students and athletes to develop their fitness, strength and conditioning amongst many other benefits for the individual.
