Healthy Lifestyles Doncaster 1.33

Healthy Lifestyles Doncaster supports adults with a BMI of ≥35kg/m2 and children with a BMI ≥98th centile make healthy changes to their lifestyle to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

The service provides one to one support for 12 months, as well as free group education and activity sessions.

Specialist team: Dietitians, Healthy Lifestyle Advisors, Exercise Specialists, a Psychology professional and a Physiotherapist.

Venues in Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Mexborough Hospital, Askern, Edlington, Hatfield, Intake and Thorne.

Group sessions are at Doncaster Dome and Dearne Valley leisure centres. They are two hours and include a one hour interactive education session and a one hour gentle movement sessions. Each week we cover a new topic which is designed to help you make long-term healthy changes to your lifestyle.
