Gracie Barra Belfast is the largest and most successful BJJ school in Northern Ireland, and has produced World, European, British, Irish and Northern Irish champions. But the club doesn't just cater for champions, it teach Jiu Jitsu to everyone, from 18 to 60 years old!

GB Belfast runs a specially-designed adult beginners' programme. This Fundamentals Programme is a 16-week course designed to teach the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu intelligently, safely and quickly. Not only will you learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as GB's famous self defence system, but BJJ will help: Increase focus, energy and concentration; boost your overall fitness level;
