Fortress Martial Arts and Fitness is a professional organisation dedicated to providing first class martial arts & fitness tuition to people from all walks of life. We have dedicated classes for both adults and children and our aim is to provide a comfortable, fun and safe environment for you or your family to learn martial arts in.

We are the Number 1 Professional Martial Arts & Conditioning Academy in the district & we have one of the most exciting and easy to learn curriculum’s in the Country.

All our classes are taught by our friendly, experienced & qualified instructors using a unique & proven step by step instructional system that makes it easy and fun for anyone to become proficient in martial arts in a minimum amount of time - irrespective of ability. Our classes provide a fantastic fitness, toning and strengthening workout and are amazing at increasing self-confidence in both adults and children.
