Fit4life 4.17

Each class is 90 mins long and includes an optional weigh-in, a motivating talk topic and 45 mins workout.
I am trained to worked every single person as hard as they can. The classes are designed to be diverse and ensure no matter what your fitness level is, you will leave knowing that you gave it 110%.
We have fun nd a laugh at the same time as socialising and making new friends. Both males and females are more than welcome.
