I am not a doctor and do not pretend to be. if anything I am an expert patient who has tried out many of the things I am referring to on this page and reporting on how it affected me. I would also like to collect the stories of other peoples health journey as an additional resource for others on the same journey to wellness.

without the need and expense of getting involved with the Medical Industrial complex which involves most doctors and the large Pharmaceutical Companies working in tandem to make obscene profits from ill health. Most Doctors are only interested in symptoms, what more can they do in a ten minute appointment. Their only solution is often to offer a toxic chemical produced by the pharmaceutical Industry which is likely to do more harm than good in the long term and particularly if more than one substance is involved, where the side effects of combined chemical drugs has not been tested.

As our environment becomes more and more toxic it is increasingly important to safeguard ones health by taking it into our own hands.
