This is a private caravan for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, and is situated on Apple Grove 110. It is a short five minute walk from all the amenities that the site has to offer. This caravan is a Swift Burgundy 32' by 12', 6 berth holiday home with a sea view. The plot is situated in a quiet and private corner. Although there is ample parking nearby. There is a large field for children to play on that can be seen fro the front window of the caravan. The caravan is double glazed and has electric fan heating in the bedrooms as well as a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

LOUNGE: the modern and spacious lounge with comfortable fixed seating. The seating can be converted into a double bed for additionally sleeping facilities if required. It contains a 26'' LCD flat screen TV with inbuilt DVD player and freeview. It benefits from a gas fire. This area is carpeted.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA: the modern kitchen is fully equipped including a full sized cooker; fridge with small freezer box and microwave. The dining area is spacious and comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating plus additional stools. This area has laminate flooring.

BEDROOMS: this caravan has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. It boasts a spacious double bedroom with large amounts of fitted storage and a small dressing table. The twin bedroom contains a fitted wardrobe and cupboards above the beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area.
