3 bed, sleeps 8 - 1 x double, 2 x twin and double bed under sofa in lounge. Fully equipped kitchen (cooker, full size fridgefreezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc).

Stunning views from our veranda across the neighouring fields and across to the Exe estuary.

Central heating and double glazing. There is also gas fire in the lounge if required. There is a TV with Freeview and DVD player in the lounge, and another TV in the main bedroom.

Our caravan was brand new in 2016. It's Haven's Platinum level, situated on a quieter area of the park 5mins walk from the entertainment complex and about 10mins walk to the beach. We have our own parking space just outside, a level outside area and are very close to a small children's play area.

Our guests need to bring own towels and all bedding and washing up equipment like cloths/tea towels etc. A full list of recommended things to bring is supplied on booking.

We guarantee to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you know exactly which caravan you'll be staying in and its location on the park. Entertainment passes must be purchased yourselves on arrival at the park. For details of costs, please ask.

The caravan is available to rent at various dates from mid-March to end of October, for 3, 4, or 7 night breaks. Prices start from as little at £250pw off season, to £1095pw during the summer holidays. Devon Cliffs is Haven's flagship resort. 10mins from Exmouth, 30mins from Exeter and the M5, it's easy to get to and in a great seaside location.
