We have the passion and expertise in providing you the best executive health and conditioning coaching in the area.

Located just off Chatham High Street, the gym has its own car park including plenty of spaces outside of the premises for up to 2 hours.

The building has been a gym environment for over 25 years and comprises of 3 three levels including free weights area, cardio room and resistance machine rooms giving you a new and exciting way to work out. This is not, what we consider, today's typical gym environment - its better!
