I offer Counselling sessions to help with a variety of issues/problems. Types of difficulties may include Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Stress, Panic, Anger, Low self-esteem, Bullying, Relationships.

You may want to use Counselling for resolving problems, making choices, coping with changes, improving your relationships with others.

You will be encouraged to think about things that you may want to change in your life.

I will provide a confidential environment where we can work together to solve problems or reflect on painful issues that continue to affect your life today.

I have helped people to come to terms with lost relationships either by bereavement or break ups. I can help to increase your self confidence and regain an interest in life. My style of Counselling has also helped people who are struggling to cope with their reaction to anxiety or anger. I have worked with a range of clients from aged 7 to 70+.

My fees per 50 minute session are £40, I am willing to consider concessions for daytime appointments upto & including 3 p.m.

I am also a trained Supervisor for fellow Counsellors, working within BACP Code of Ethics.
