All cakes are bespoke to every order and are handcrafted to the highest standards with best quality ingredients available. Wherever practicable flours and sugars will be British, chocolate and coffees will be Fair Trade and minimum 70%, eggs will be free range organic and local, fruits will be British or European and butter will be Lurpak for baking and Lurpak or president for buttercream. Vanilla will be top quality Nielssen Massey.

I have complete control over my ingredients and will not compromise on quality which is reflected in all quotations requested.

I will never copy someone else's design so if I am shown a picture for inspiration purposes, it will be just that.

With effect from 1st August 2014 printed toppers will not be taken from Google, Pinterest etc as I will not risk the integrity of my business by using copyrighted material. If an 'angel policy' is in place for the image and this can be proven I will be happy to do the printwork however other images will not be printed unless permission can be clearly demonstrated.
