Head Coach is Mark Myers former founder to Phoenix boxing club with over 42 years combined combat experience.Those of us who have been lucky enough to train under Mark have marvelled at his wealth of knowledge and his ability to express and share his experiences.He has the ability to make the complex seem simple and is constantly adding to his seemingly endless repertoire of drills.

The club is white collar based in teaching only technical professional style boxing,unlike any other white collar club currently out there.It is open to all abilities from the boxing novice,intermediate to advanced seasoned boxers.

It's about time that someone put together a white collar boxing club who has the expertise in caring for his boxers.Mark who is CRB checked has taught boxing at local schools promoting boxing discipline,respect and fitness.

Kids sessions are every Thursdays 6 - 7pm
min' age 7yrs plus £4

Adults sessions every
Tuesdays 8.15pm - 9.45pm
Thursdays 7 - 9pm
