We are happy to exchange or offer credit note for any item returned within 14 days. The item MUST be unworn/un-used, in original packaging with tags attached and with proof of purchases. Please note for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be accepted. This does not restrict your right to return faulty items with proof of purchase.
