I've been a dancer since I could walk, I didn't know anything different, and never wanted to do anything else. I have been so lucky and am grateful to have been able to dance professionally for many years, giving me the opportunity to travel and see the world.

On returning to the UK I qualified as an exercise to music instructor and taught Aerobics classes for a while but to be honest I haven't exercised for over 15 yrs. I lost myself from around age 40 and have struggled to maintain my fitness and mental health as I missed dancing and exercise terribly but just couldn't find the right path for me. I am now 56 yrs old and realise that the ageing effects will take their toll if I do not do something so I am now wanting to share my own personal goals with everyone and help us all stay healthy for longer.

I've re-qualified in gym instructing and Piyo Live and now feel on the right path. For the past 2 years I've been caring for my Mother who has Parkinson's and Dementia, but now is in a Care home. So its time to find myself again.

I am progressing with my own self development, wanting to live the dream, travel and semi - retire abroad, somewhere hot., in particular Greece. So come join me on my future journey and let's become a better YOU!!
