Any complaints must be known in the first 24hr of the treatment please provide photographic proof or refunds can not be made. I reserve the right to refuse any refunds if the service's provided by this business as been tampered with by other company's or professions.
Beauty of Promises reserves the right to ask and obtain a 50% deposit for certain treatments but not always required. The deposit is NOT a discount from the total sum it is to out balance the service's if the customers fails to attend on time or date.
Beauty of Promises has a 3 strike policy on appointments if the customers fail to attend all 3 bookings without any warning then I have the right to refuse any further bookings.
Beauty of Promises is a legit business and do not except a BUY NOW & PAY LATER scheme.
also no bookings will be made for out of hours, inquires are welcome.

Beauty of Promises do not except clients bringing or asking to use there own hair colour rand or beauty brands due to the stylist may not be trained in that brand.(unless it is a brand that the stylist knows well to use)
