Welcome to "Bead Me Up Scotty". My name is Myra Robertson & I was born & brought up in the beautiful city of Edinburgh but now live in the North East of England. I trained as a Florist in one of Edinburghs' largerst florists whose clients included Holyrood Palace (The Queens' Edinburgh residence), The Royal Bank of Scotland, The Brittish Linen Bank, Mappin & Webb & Australia House to name but a few. I eventually opened up my own Florist business which I ran for twenty years closing down in 2011. Working with flowers for so many years has given me a love of colours & the ability to match colours together & I have now decided to take my passion for beading a step further & offer my creations for sale. Each item is a "one of" therefore no two pieces will ever be identical unless I am commissioned to do so ie for bridesmaids etc. so you can be assured that if you purchase one of my pieces you are getting something that is totally unique.
