Located in the centre of the beautiful and popular tourist village of Thornton le Dale, R.W. Balderson’s have been producing home-made ice cream for over 25 years.

We specialise in the production and serving of quality home-made ice cream using our original ‘tried and tested’ traditional recipe. Our extensive range of ice cream is produced with fresh milk, thick double cream and an abundance of delicious Italian flavours.

We are committed and passionate about making traditional and luxurious ice creams and are delighted to have had this recognised by being awarded with many certificates of merit and a diploma by the official ice cream body – The National Ice Cream Alliance.
