一期一會 沃土獻上的心意
俗稱金鑽的台農17號鳳梨,又或小眾稱為春蜜,源於皇天與后土共同照料的沃紅土地;伴隨農作者的想望與等待,終將採收在盛滿微風的嘉南大地。在農民的描述裡,大而飽滿的堅勁外表,其實蘊滿著富足而柔軟的清氛內在,不做作的甜度,卻又擁有求真的微酸;雖然每年採收4期,但3月起始的春天,微風清甜,鳳梨目早已開花,等著風和太陽輕拂,悄悄的獻上天地帶給萬物的心意;每年規律而熟悉,但卻又不經意的帶點當年的獨特印記;風是不同的,即使今天吹過的風仍然是和上世紀相同的怡然自得,太陽是不同的,即使這次春陽灑下也一如過往和煦日麗,但今年的春天就是這麼的獨一無二,在這樣山川孕育出的鳳梨,自然特別讓人珍惜。

讓食材毫不矯飾的清唱 美好
收成了,是期待雀躍的心情也是小心翼翼;豐足而飽滿的鳳梨,一定需要懂得的人,才明白拙實中守藏的質地多麼無二。我們珍惜一期一會的豐收,明白過多的人為加工,只會失去她的個性和美麗滋味;擁有超過半甲子手做糕餅技術的龔朝福先生,廣納對大地提供的食材虔誠的心,揉入即使百年傳承依然不變的心血結晶,立誓讓食材發聲,讓我們享受沃土不吝的恩惠。於是多年的努力,終成一立方不可替代的唯一;17號鳳梨、麥芽糖、起司、土雞蛋,悉心煉製、富麗共演,靜靜收復對於味蕾的信仰!

旅行家-石原裕輔曾說:「即使是漫無目的地漂泊,也會有其意義吧! 」,透過往覆的旅行,總能在每段旅程結束後,許諾下另一段的想望與承諾;即使遺忘了,時光也會記憶著你。回溯過往記載,華山靜落在雲林東南方,四周由大尖、二尖兩座山相擁守護,幾百年的天地耕耘下,成就了滿山的繁花綠樹;年復一年花開花落,光復後,當地人稱之為”華麗山村”,而後更名”華山村”;這裡是雲林人的驕傲,更是嘉南平原的後花園,選定這塊被自然恩賜後的大地;揹上半甲子的餅藝行囊,我們從這裡出發,在春分之後夏季來臨之前,用身體力行,寫下屬於在地的故事。昨日不限量的回憶,都來自過去漫遊的刻記;選一天,不帶任何城市包袱,出發吧!換一個念,看見不曾見過的風景,享受睽違已久的美好滋味;也許,再帶著一份盛滿心意的手信,分享不限量、不重覆的感動,多值得珍惜!

Once in a lifetime; present the mind of the fertile soil
So-called Golden Diamond, Tai-Nung 17 Pineapple, also known as the spring honey by some people, is derived from the fertile soil nourished by the heaven and the land. With the expectation and the waiting of the farmers, it will be harvested in the vast Chianan Plain that full of breeze. The farmers describe it is huge and plump in appearance with soft and scented fruit, no overdo sweet with true taste of sour. Although it can be harvested four times a year, from spring in March, the pineapple flowers have blossom in the light breeze. The wind and the sun gently brush through and present the mindful thought from the heaven. Every year is regular and familiar added with carelessly specific mark of then. The wind is different, even the wind is still as comfortable as which from the last century. The sun is different, even it shines as usual. This spring is unique. People treasure the pineapples grew in the nature like this the most.

He rubs in the constant result inherit from hundred years ago and promises to glorify the ingredient so that we can enjoy the grace of the fertile soil. With years of efforts, he finally accomplishes the unique flavor in the cubic square.
