“P60 urban bootcamp” studio is design to serve and meet the fast moving urban lifestyle, focusing on the efficiency and the effectiveness of the program and the outcome. Our programs and classes are centered around the "easy to follow and do" bodyweight exercises such as push ups, squats, and sit ups, while at the same time interspersing with cardio training, strength training, and entertaining activities.
Each session will last no longer than 60 minutes but is, however, promise to deliver a non-stop sweating and heart pumping experience via a series of different but easy to do exercises. Individual will not only be physically challenge but also mentally and emotionally tested in every session at “P60”.
