Non Narai is a district of Surin Province, northeastern Thailand.HistoryThe minor district was established on July 1, 1997, when five tambon were split from Rattanaburi district.Following a decision of the Thai government on May 15, 2007, all of the 81 minor districts were to be upgraded to full districts. With the publishing in the Royal Gazette on August 24 the upgrade became official.GeographyNeighboring districts are Samrong Thap, Sanom and Rattanaburi of Surin Province, and Mueang Chan of Sisaket Province.AdministrationThe district is subdivided into 5 subdistricts, which are further subdivided into 67 villages . There are no municipal areas, and further 5 Tambon administrative organizations .
