The TongKang Colonial Bar & Restaurant presents experiential dining on the last surviving Clarke Quay pair of tongkangs (light boats for carrying goods) in Singapore.

The first of these two treasured tongkangs houses the Gin Bar, first of its kind in Singapore to feature an extensive slew of gin-based drinks using classic brands as well as boutique, vintage and premium gins of the "New Gin Movement" such as Bulldog, Blackwood's and No. 209.

The TongKang Colonial Restaurant on the second boat is where diners will enjoy exquisite colonial cuisine aboard this historic vessel. The restaurant's lunch menu features colonial-inspired items like the Old English Lamb & Kidney Pie and hearty favourites like Oxtail Stew with Potatoes & Carrots. In the afternoons, High Tea is served on tiered tea stands, presenting guests with an indulgence of flavoured teas, pies, scones and petit fours.

Meat Lovers will have their carnivorous cravings satisfied by the Roast Wagon serving slow-cooked Oven Roasted Black Angus Prime Rib, which also presents accompaniments of Yorkshire Pudding and roasted greens at a single price. The restaurant's Ala Carte menu showcases a selection of colonial-inspired dishes such as Mulligatawny soup, Hainanese Kurobuta Pork Rack and delectable desserts such as the Granny Smith Apple Tart and classic Bread & Butter Pudding.
