Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport with an emphasis on grappling, with the goal of gaining a dominant position and submitting the opponent with joint-locks and chokes. It offers an excellent mental and physical workout, with short and long-term benefits for practitioners.
Classes are conducted in a friendly, safe and fun manner. No level of expertise is expected from you, except a good attitude and willingness to learn.
