About Me

As a dedicated realtor, he has had extensive experience helping families settle down in appropriate homes since 2007. With almost a decade’s worth of experience in the real estate business, Marcus knows the needs and wants of his clients and always ensures that their move is as seamless as possible. This includes a database of listings up for rent and sale that can meet his clients’ requirements and which he can arrange a viewing.

Work Experience

Marcus started his career working in SIA Cargo after a stint in the Air Force where he worked in the supply chain sector for several years. His exposure to this career path expanded on a global scale.

For Real Estate he has worked with companies such as The US Navy, NOV Tuboscope, Cameron, Lincoln Electric, Silicon Laboratories International Pte. Ltd, Singapore American School and many others.

On the cusp of becoming a realtor, he would hear frequent stories from his network new and those already living in Singapore relate unhappy encounters with realtors who were unable to locate satisfactory properties among other issues. In a bid to help them and to prevent unprofessional realtors from marring Singapore’s reputation in the industry, Marcus decided to take up a career in Real Estate in 2007.

Marcus’s main focus was on Expat families whose children were attending Singapore American School, Tanglin Trust School and Community International School. He would help them settle down in homes that were appropriately located to ensure their complete peace of mind and which could provide their family members all the comforts of a good neighborhood

As an experienced realtor he knows how to make relocations as seamless and stress free as possible, a trait that his loyal clientele appreciate the most. With over 10 years worth of experience in the real estate business, Marcus has certainly made his mark as an inspiring realtor.
