Kenneth have been in the real estate business for almost years, from the early stage of doing buying, selling and leasing real estate properties, he realized that it was time for him to grow and find “greener pastures”. Within the last 3 years, he got promoted as the company’s Marketing Team Director. Within Powerful Negotiators. He was also appointed as a Mentor for their team signature program A.R.T, and also as a Group Leader for Propnex Project Marketing. He’s glad that he’s now part of this prestigious team of Powerful Negotiators and that within the last 3 years of being with them, he had added lots of value to his to clients and build a stronger relationship with them.

He have been trained to listen to his clients for the purpose of exceeding the latter’s expectations. By listening to them, he had created his customise planning for every individual clients he had met. His aim to make his clients satisfied and the best proof of that satisfaction is when they come back for more consultations and advises from him. He’s especially elated when they give referrals to family, friends, or business associates.

So, as easily summarize, for him, it is not just about selling or buying, it is not just about paperwork nor putting a “for sale” sign up, it is about the teamwork, coordination and trust behind a successful transaction, as well as the sincere attempts to support and assist each other find success.
