We are committed to provide our clients with the best service as embodied in our policy statement below:

All recruitment of foreign domestic workers (FDWs) will be done in compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines, including,
All FDWs are within the permitted ages of 23 to 49.
All FDWs are from approved source countries.
All FDWs are medically fit to perform their duties.
Any FDW found to be medically unfit for work due to a condition contracted before coming to Singapore will be repatriated at our cost. A suitable replacement will be made available in the quickest time possible and at no additional cost to the client.
If client finds the FDW is not suitable (after a reasonable time for the FDW to settle down), a replacement will be offered as per the terms and conditions of the Agreement between the client and us.

We will exercise due diligence in ensuring that the documentation procedure for the FDW is adhered to strictly.

Only information required for the purpose of applying for the FDW’s work permit would be requested from our clients. Such information will be kept confidential and will not be divulged to unauthorized persons.

Our FDWs have been provided with training in the skills required for them to perform their duties by our oversea recruiting agents.
