As the name suggests, Dutch Baby Cafe serves Dutch Baby pancakes
on hot cast iron pans straight out from the oven.

Originating from Germany, Dutch Baby pancakes were reintroduced in the U.S.
and got its name from the American owner’s daughter whom could not pronounce
“Deutsche” (the German word for “German”).
Made with eggs, flour, sugar and milk, Dutch Baby pancakes are pillow-y soft
with crispy sides and are offered in sweet and savoury styles.
