Chang Thai, founded by three young gentlemen, John, Mitsu and Ian, who are in their late 20s to 30, these aspiring entrepreneurs and buddies for years are very particular in ensuring they offer the most authentic Thai food to fans of the cuisine in Singapore. Coming from totally different backgrounds in terms of work experiences, the burning passion for Thai food brought them together, and their desire to share authentic Thai cuisine keeps them motivated.
Their head chef, Alex, a native Thai, started cooking since age 12, and with his love for Thai food, he whips up works of art in Chang Thai’s kitchen, presenting his best from his many years of culinary skills.
The team always feels a huge sense of satisfaction to see throngs of people walking into their shop for a Thai meal - and there is no better feeling than this, to see that people really do want to eat what they have created, and it makes all the long hours worthwhile.
Chang Thai provides real authentic Thai cuisine with indoor (with air-con) and outdoor al fresco style seatings, so customers can have a choice of their preference.
