I, Mohammad Azmi Bin Abdul Talib, has been in the real estate business for 1 years. After graduating from Temasek Polytechnic in Mechatronics Engineering, I became a police officer with Singapore Police Force for 11 years with numerous awards for good performance, excellence services and good arrests. After working for 11 years as an employee, I then decided to switch line to real estate, where I found it to be a more rewarding career. Being able to serve customers’ needs and knowing the impact that I can make to their lives was why I decided that this career was the career for me.

Why I chose ERA
Being an international brand and well known worldwide, I am able to gain trust from my clients easily because of the reputable branding. By taking an ERA agent, my clients can be well assured that they are protected under ERA reputable system. Under the wings and guidance of Adi Mesti Jadi, I believed that I am in the correct path.

Route to my success
In my first year of my real estate career, I worked very hard, serving the most challenging clients that any real estate agents can ever find in the market. I served clients that other top agents did not find it worth it to serve anymore. I diligently served these challenging clients, and managed to close deals for them. I had a number of sellers who called me to sell their house. However, out of the 5 that called me, only 1 could sell their house as the other 4 did not make any profits from their sale. However, I still went to every ones’ houses and did a presentation. I did a financial planning for each and everyone of them. Each presentation took around two hours, and I advised them not to sell if it was not beneficial for them and gave them an alternative advise instead. The clients saw my sincerity and realized that I am not like some other agents whom they have met before and were only interested in forcing the sellers to sell their houses and getting their commissions. I have since promoted from a Marketing Executive to a Marketing Director in 2 years.


My principle
Each client is different when it comes to achieving their personal real estate objectives and goals. Whether I'm advising a seller whether it is best they sell or keep their house, or helping a buyer to find their dream home, I will always ensure that they are as close as possible to meeting their objectives.
Most clients have a weakness of only planning for the next 10 years. For all my clients, I will ensure that I do the real estate planning for them right up to their age of 60 so that whatever decision they make now will determine what kind of house they live when they are 60. Most real estate agents are afraid to do a long term planning as this might change their clients’ minds to sell their houses. I however believe that giving my sincere advice and being able to make the clients look from an angle that they have never looked before on their own without me is the most valuable part of my service.
