BACKGROUND

Tamimi Global Co. Ltd. (TAFGA), a 100% owned Saudi Arabian Company, has been in business since 1977 providing a wide range of operations and maintenance, construction, catering, hospitality operations and management services, highly qualified Manpower Supply and allied services. TAFGA W.P is a member of the TAMIMI Group of companies. The long and successful record of the TAMIMI Group of companies is very well known in the Western province in particular, as well as in most other areas of the Kingdom. This experience has been merged with our extensive resources, to provide proven management expertise that combined with our technical expertise ensures immediate responsiveness to the clients’ total requirements and specifications.


MANAGEMENT
The Company’s Western Province Operations Manager is responsible for the successful management of the company within the guidelines and policies set by the board of Directors. The Operations Manager is a particularly well-qualified executive, with a long & proven record of successful management in our industry.



ORGANIZATION
The Operations Manager - W.P has direct authority over all of the projects undertaken by the company, including full authority to make all necessaryoperational decisions refined to ensure a rapid organizational and functional responsiveness. He may also delegate this authority to specific operational areas and key management personnel, as and when required.

OPERATIONS
TAMIMI Company’s basic approach to field operation management is to establish operational units that are as autonomous as possible. The Area Managers, Contract Manager, Project Managers and Supervisors, all are given clearly defined operational responsibilities and the authority to carry out those responsibilities.

The Area Managers have the full support of the Western Province Area office, inclusive of all administration, personnel, procurement's, logistics, financial and technical services. Dependent upon a projects’ size and location, one or more of the Headquarters support services may dedicate an appropriate number of their personnel directly to the site, to better assist the Area Manager to enhance the projects’ efficiency.

At the present time, the Catering and Hospitality Operations & Management Division, is providing the highest standards of catering and associated services on some 33 work sites throughout Western Regoin. We are currently serving more than 100,000 meals daily all dedicated to satisfying a wide variety of ethnic tastes and dietary requirements.
