Algar Vila Lda. foi fundada em 1986 em Tavira, e é presentemente umas das imobiliárias mais antigas de Tavira.

Iniciou a sua actividade com escritório no Livramento na EN 125.

Em 1988 a sociedade foi adquirida por um Inglês, Patrick Greystoke Bonadie, que geriu a empresa até ao ano de 2000, o qual transferiu a sede para Tavira onde permanece até hoje.

Com a sua reforma, a Empresa foi adquirida por Maria Luísa Cabeçudo, que trabalhou desde o início com a Algar Vila passando a gerência (presentemente) a Patrícia Alexandre.

Ao longo dos anos, Algar Vila, vingou no mercado imobiliário pelo seu profissionalismo e pela sua confiança.

Algar Vila Lda. was founded in 1986 and is today one of the longest established Real Estate Agents in Tavira (East Algarve). We have assisted many foreign and local residents to find the right property at the right price ensuring that all legal processes in buying and selling Algarve properties are correctly observed and carried out, giving our clients 100% peace of mind. Today, Algar Vila offers its second to none local market knowledge to property buyers and sellers alike.

Our main office was at one point located at Livramento on the EN125, with a sub-office in TAVIRA.

In 1988 the company was acquired by, Patrick Greystoke Bonadie an Englishman, who managed the company until the year 2000.

Patrick moved the main office to TAVIRA where it has remained ever since.

On his retirement, the Company was purchased by Maria Luisa Cabeçudo, who was involved with Algar Vila from its conception and at the present Algar Vila is managed by Patricia Alexandre.

Algar Vila remains, until today providing a first class and highly personal customer experience, which reflects the Company's Philosophy to “treat and serve all clients with honesty and integrity.
