The CEAJ will implement the strategies made by Young people during Braga2012: European Youth Capital.
The Center will have Local, National, European and International activity and is supported by Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth.
The Atlantic sea as a bridge for Youth connections with Asia, Africa and America will be a Key element.
